基于“治未病”理论探讨中西医结合防控心脑血管疾病技术体系构建

心脑血管疾病为中医防控的优势病种,预防医学提出的“三级预防”与中医“治未病”理论中的未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复相一致。建立健全基于“治未病”理论指导下的中西医结合防控体系,对于完善中西医结合体制机制,促进心脑血管疾病的有效防治具有重要意义。

Cardio-cerebrovascular diseases are the dominant diseases in the prevention and control of traditional Chinesemedicine.The “three-levelprevention”proposedby modern preventive medicine is consistent with the “prevention and treatment of diseases” theory in traditional Chinese medicine.Establishing and improving the prevention and control system of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine under the guidance of the theory of“prevention and treatment of diseases” is of great significance for improving the system and mechanism of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and promoting the effective prevention and treatment of chronic cardiocerebrovascular diseases.
