中药有效成分治疗肺癌作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Active Ingredients in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Lung Cancer

肺癌已经成为世界各国癌症患者死亡的最常见病因,也是导致我国恶性肿瘤患者死亡的首要原因,关于肺癌治疗研究正如火如荼地开展,各项研究结果均发现,中药在肺癌治疗过程中发挥着积极的作用,目前利用中药有效成分治疗肺癌的药理作用机制主要集中在诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制细胞侵袭和转移、调节细胞信号转导、抑制肿瘤新血管生成和调节免疫功能等方面,以具有抗肺癌活性的中药有效成分为例,对国内外相关文献进行总结归纳,以期为肺癌治疗提供参考,为抗肺癌中药的研发与应用提供理论依据。

Lung cancer has become the most common cause of death of cancer and related patients in the world,and it is also the leading cause of death of patients with malignant tumors in China.Research on the treatment of lung cancer is in full swing.The results of various studies have found that Chinese medicine plays a positive role in the treatment of lung cancer.At present,the pharmacological mechanism of treating lung cancer with active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on inducing cell apoptosis,blocking cell cycle,inhibiting cell invasion and metastasis,regulating cell signal transduction,inhibiting tumor neoangiogenesis and regulating immune function,etc.Taking the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines with anti-lung cancer activity as an example,summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literature,hoping to provide a reference for the treatment of lung cancer,and provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of anti-lung cancer Chinese medicines.
