摘要
目的检测不同产地黄芩的延迟发光指标与主要有效成分,得到能够描述黄芩寒热药性的定量化指标k值波动范围,并从中药物质成分角度对结果进行验证。方法通过高效液相色谱法测定不同产地黄芩中黄芩素、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷的含量,测量不同产地黄芩煎煮后其煎煮液加入栅藻中的激发延迟发光强度,将其延迟发光的平均强度(I_(W))与时间(t)进行线性拟合,线性拟合方程斜率k可以定量化表征中药药性。得到黄芩药性指标k值的波动范围,并探索k值与成分含量的相关性。结果同一产地不同批次的黄芩k值基本不存在统计学差异,不同产地的黄芩k值和各主要有效成分含量则存在统计学差异,并且该种差异与黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的含量成正相关,与黄芩素的含量成负相关。在置信度为66.7%下,中药黄芩的k值波动范围为1.798~2.874。结论中药黄芩的k值波动范围能够定量化表征黄芩药性,不同产地黄芩k值与其主要有效成分含量成分呈现相关性。
Objective To detect the delayed luminescence index and main active ingredients of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)from different places,obtaining the quantitative index k value fluctuation range that can describe the medicinal properties of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)heat and verify the results from the perspective of the quality of Chinese medicine.Methods The contents of baicalein,baicalin and baicalin in Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)from different places were determined by high-per-formance liquid chromatography.The excitation delayed luminescence intensity of the decocted solution of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)from different habitats added to the algae was measured.The average intensity of delayed luminescence(I_(W))and time(t)were linearly fitted.The slope k of the linear fitting equation can quantitatively characterize the properties of Chinese medi-cine.The slope k of the linear fitting equation can be used to characterize the properties of Chinese medicine quantitatively.The fluctuation range of the k value of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)was obtained,and the correlation between the k value and the content of ingredients was explored.Results There was basically no statistical difference in the k-value of baicalin in different batches of the same origin.There was a statistical difference in the k-value and the content of main active ingredients in differ-ent origins.It is inversely related to the content of baicalein.With a confidence of 66.7%,the k-value fluctuation range of Chi-nese medicine Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)was 1.798~2.874.Conclusion The fluctuation range of k value of Chinese medi-cine Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)can quantitatively characterize the properties of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix).The k value of Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)from different origins shows correlation with the content of its main active ingredients.
