摘要
文章利用管式炉反应器研究了12种催化剂对玉米秸秆热解制取富氢气体的影响,并结合气相、固相、液相产物的特性以及催化剂表征探究了物质的迁移转化规律。研究结果表明:添加10%Ni/CaO-sg的实验组达到了最佳效果,热解气产率从无催化热解时的27.8%提升至46.5%,H_(2)产量从53.7 mL/g上升至142.0 mL/g,H_(2)所占比例也从24.2%上升至32.1%;在CaO主剂的催化作用下,原料的无序性热解反应进行得更加充分,热解炭产率降低,进而在负载镍的10%Ni/CaO-sg催化作用下,热解油中的重组分芳香烃类化合物裂解成较轻的酚类,同时烷烃和烯烃含量增多,这些反应均促使热解气产率增加及氢气产量的提升。
In this study,the effect of pyrolysis of corn straw assisted by catalyst to produce hydrogen rich syngas was studied in a tubular furnace reactor,in order to promote the transformation of intermediate products and the generation of hydrogen rich syngas.The migration and transformation of substances were investigated through characterization of syngas,solid,liquid products,as well as catalyst characterization,the migration and transformation laws of substances were explored.The research results show that the experimental group of 10%Ni/CaO_sg achieved the best effect.The ratio of syngas yield increased from 27.8%to 46.5%,the H_(2) production increased from 53.7 mL/g to 142.0 mL/g,and the H_(2) proportion in the syngas also increased from 24.2%to 32.1%;Under the catalysis of CaO main agent,the disordered pyrolysis reaction of raw materials is more sufficient and the yield of pyrolytic char is reduced.Furthermore,under the catalysis of 10%Ni/CaO_sg loaded with nickel,the heavy aromatic hydrocarbon compounds in pyrolysis oil are cracked into lighter phenols,whlie the content of alkanes and olefins increases.The reactions all promote the increase of syngas yield and hydrogen composition.
