摘要
“食品化学与分析”是一门提升学生知识运用能力与综合实践能力的综合性课程。传统教学中,此课程内容及教学模式存在理论与实践相脱离的问题。为培养新时代高素质应用型人才,教学改革以生活实例及地方性特色食品为切入点,提升课程内容实用性、强化课程内容地域性;以地方行业需求为导向,围绕地域食品进行多成分分析实验,激励学生自主设计综合实验方案,全面提升课程实践性与创新性,实现高阶能力的培养;结合线上线下混合式教学模式,延展教学时间与空间;借助多元化评价体系,全面调动学生主动学习热情,凸显以学生为中心的教学理念。通过教学改革,尝试为培养知识、能力和素质“三位一体”的食品分析创新型人才探索新的有效途径。
Food Chemistry and Analysis is a comprehensive course that can improve the ability of knowledge application and comprehensive practice.In the traditional teaching process,there is often the problem of separation between theory and practice in the content and mode of this course.In order to cultivate high-quality applied talents in the new era,teaching reform takes life examples and local characteristic food as the starting point,which improves the practicability of curriculum content and strengthens the regional characteristics of curriculum content.Guided by the needs of local industries,multi-component analysis experiments around regional food were carried out and comprehensive experimental schemes were designed.Thus,the practicability,practicality and innovation of the course is comprehensively improved.The online and offline mixed teaching mode promotes the simplification and integration of theoretical teaching content and extends the time and space of teaching.In addition,with the help of diversified evaluation system,we can fully mobilize students’enthusiasm for active learning and highlight the student-centered teaching concept.This paper attempts to explore an effective way for cultivating innovative highquality talents.
