摘要
为探究功能单体结构对口腔正畸胶粘剂性能的影响,研究以N-二甲胺基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(DMAEMA)、樟脑醌等为原料,制备了功能单体二甲基丙烯酸乙氧基均苯四甲酸酯(PMDM),配制正畸胶粘剂,对其表征进行分析,并测试了剪切强度、硬度。结果表明,胶粘剂粘接强度会随着PMDM及4-META含量的增加而呈现出升高趋势;PMDM质量分数为10%时,剪切强度达到最高,为20.91 MPa;4-META质量分数为7%时,剪切强度可达到25.21 MPa;PMDM经聚合基团引发交联反应,与基质树脂相溶性好,能够减少稀释剂用量,提升胶粘剂固化物硬度及粘接效果。
In order to investigate the effect of functional monomer structure on the properties of orthodontic adhesives,the functional monomer ethoxytrimethyl methacrylate(PMDM)was prepared using N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA),camphor quinone,and other raw materials.The orthodontic adhesive was prepared,characterized,and tested for shear strength and hardness.The results showed that the adhesive strength increased with the increase of PMDM and 4-META content;When the mass fraction of PMDM is 10%,the shear strength reaches the highest,20.91 MPa;When the mass fraction of 4-META is 7%,the shear strength can reach 25.21 MPa;PMDM undergoes a crosslinking reaction initiated by a polymerized group and has good compatibility with the matrix resin,which can reduce the amount of diluent and improve the hardness of the cured adhesive;The polar group of PMDM combined with the hydroxyl component of hydroxyapatite(HAP)can form a secondary bond,which is beneficial for improving the bonding performance of the matrix resin and HAP interface,producing adhesive damage,and facilitating orthodontic bracket removal.The application of PMDM functional monomer structures in orthodontics can meet clinical needs and has broad prospects for development.
