摘要
目的:构建5G技术联合物联网的智能质量追溯系统,探究其在消毒供应中心持续质量改进中的应用价值。方法:构建的智能质量追溯系统核心控制板采用半导体芯片,设置射频收发、人机交互、高速数据暂存以及双向数据传送等模块,实现标签识别、数据暂存和数据传送的协同控制。选取医院进行回收消毒的2 000件诊疗器械,按照管理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组1 000件,对照组诊疗器械采用传统质量追溯管理进行回收消毒,观察组诊疗器械采用5G技术联合物联网的智能质量追溯系统进行回收消毒。对比两组器械的管理质量、管理效果、出库器械差错事件发生率和临床科室对两组诊疗器械服务质量的使用满意度。结果:观察组器械回收准确率、清洗合格率和包装合格率分别为98.6%(986/1 000)、98.9%(989/1 000)和99.1%(991/1 000),均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=12.32,x^(2)=6.85,x^(2)=13.52;P<0.05)。观察组器械信息登记用时、器械回收分类用时和出库检查用时分别为(5.36±0.15)s、(4.68±0.73)s和(6.87±0.84)s,均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=126.52,t=86.54,t=118.24;P<0.05)。观察组诊疗器械管理差错事件发生率为0.3%,显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=18.509,P<0.05)。临床科室对观察组诊疗器械的器械质量、服务效率、服务态度和总评分分别为(23.49±1.57)分、(14.65±0.65)分、(9.36±0.80)分和(47.50±2.18)分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.624,t=4.746,t=2.524,t=7.528;P<0.05)。结论:5G技术联合物联网的智能质量追溯系统可显著提升消毒供应中心诊疗器械工作质量和效率,降低器械差错率,提升临床使用满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of 5G technology combined with the Internet of Things(IoT)intelligent quality traceability system in continuous quality improvement of central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:The collaborative control of core control board of the intelligent quality traceability system of label identification,data temporary storage and data transmission was realized by using semiconductor chips and equipped with modules such as radio frequency transceiver,human-computer interaction,high-speed data temporary storage,and bidirectional data transmission.2,000 pieces of medical equipment recycled and disinfected by the hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different management methods,with 1,000 pieces in each group.The control group used traditional quality traceability management for recycling and disinfection,the observation group used 5G technology combined with the intelligent quality traceability system management of the IoT for recycling and disinfection.The management quality,management effect,incidence rate of out-of-warehouse equipment errors,and the satisfaction of clinical departments with the equipment service quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The equipment recovery accuracy rate,cleaning qualification rate and packaging qualification rate of the observation group were 98.6%(986/1000),98.9%(989/1000),and 99.1%(991/1000),respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=12.32,x^(2)=6.85,x^(2)=13.52;P<0.05).The time for equipment information registration,recycling and classification,and out-of-warehouse inspection in the observation group were(5.36±0.15)s,(4.68±0.73)s,and(6.87±0.84)s,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=126.52,t=86.54,t=118.24;P<0.05).The incidence of error events in the observation group was 0.3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=18.509,P<0.05).The clinical department scored the equipment quality,service efficiency,service attitude and total score of the observation group were(23.49±1.57)points,(14.65±0.65)points,(9.36±0.80)points,and(47.50±2.18)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those for control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.624,t=4.746,t=2.524,t=7.528;P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent quality traceability system of 5G technology combined with the IoT can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of medical equipment in CSSD,reduce equipment error rates,and improve clinical satisfaction rates.
