智慧城市建设下交通物流基础设施建设协调机制研究——以南昌市为例

Research on Coordination Mechanism of Transportation Logistics Infrastructure Construction under Smart City Construction——Taking Nanchang City as an Example

以南昌市为例,对交通物流基础设施建设协调机制的建设展开研究。文章分析了南昌市交通物流发展现状,明确智慧城市下交通物流基础设施建设可以为南昌市转型综合改革提供突破口、为智慧城市建设提供全新发展方向;构建移动互联网全覆盖式的智慧交通网络,根据不同区域物流运输的密集度与物流集散与配货中心在城市内的分布,完善南昌市智慧物流交通建设;根据南昌市物流公司发展与运营需求,基于宏观层面整合新建交通物流基础设施功能;合理规划商贸物流设施、第三方物流设施等物流企业中已有的站场设施,提升交通物流基础设施利用率,发挥交通物流基础设施在南昌市物流业发展中的更高价值。

Taking Nanchang City as an example,the construction of coordination mechanism of transportation and logistics infrastructure construction is studied.This paper analyzes the current situation of transportation and logistics development in Nanchang City,and clarifies that the construction of transportation and logistics infrastructure in smart cities can provide a breakthrough for the transformation and comprehensive reform of Nanchang City,and provide a new development direction for the construction of a smart cities;Building a full coverage intelligent transportation network of mobile internet,and improving the intelligent logistics transportation construction of Nanchang City according to the density of logistics transportation in different regions and the distribution of logistics distribution and distribution centers in the city;According to the development and operation requirements of Nanchang Logistics Company,it integrates the functions of new transportation logistics infrastructure based on macro level;Reasonably planning the existing station facilities in logistics enterprises such as commercial logistics facilities and third-party logistics facilities,improving the utilization rate of transportation and logistics infrastructure,and giving full play to the higher value of transportation and logistics infrastructure in the development of logistics industry in Nanchang City.
