摘要
针对居住和公共两大类建筑的装配式混凝土框架结构,目前需解决的问题主要有:预制复合围护系统在保温层厚度大幅度增加情况下内外叶板的连接问题;装配式建筑多板缝,多连接件和多节点带来的热桥和气密性薄弱问题;连接件是将墙板两边的混凝土板进行连接的最关键的部分,它的力学特性与夹芯墙板安全问题密切相关。金属连接件的锚固性能好拉结力大但导热性能强,非金属连接件导热性能弱但抗剪强度很低,并且制作工艺复杂。研发了一种新型材料混凝土夹芯保温墙板的连接方式,对一种新型材料的复合夹芯保温板进行了剪切试验,以不同连接方式的保温板在受剪工况下进行研究。研究结果表明,使用FRP连接件时,保温墙板力学性能符合安全使用条件,采用有限元进行分析,结果与试验数据基本吻合。
For residential and public buildings,the prefabricated concrete frame structure faces several challenges.These include the connection of inner and outer panels in the prefabricated composite enclosure system when the insulation layer thickness increases significantly,as well as the thermal bridge and weak airtightness issues caused by multiple panel joints,connection components,and nodes in prefabricated buildings.The connection component is the most critical part that connects the concrete panels on both sides of the wall panel,and its mechanical properties are closely related to the safety of the sandwich wall panel.Metal connection components have good anchoring performance and high tensile strength but strong thermal conductivity,while non-metal connection components have weak thermal conductivity but low shear strength and complex manufacturing processes.A new type of connection method for concrete sandwich insulation wall panels has been developed,and shear tests have been conducted on the new type of composite sandwich insulation panels under different connection methods.The research results show that when using FRP connection components,the mechanical properties of the insulation wall panels meet the safety requirements.Finite element analysis has been performed,and the results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
