一种路缘石伸缩缝灌缝施工装置

摘要 针对采用常规方法进行路缘石伸缩缝灌缝存在施工效率低下的问题,以某水治理工程为研究对象,结合路缘石伸缩缝的特点,研制出一种新型的灌缝装置,可规避常规方法需多次重复安拆灌缝模板的弊端。现场实践表明,在保证施工质量的前提下,使用本装置进行灌缝作业显著缩短了路缘石伸缩缝的灌缝时间,大大降低了施工成本,可在类似工程中推广应用。 In response to the low construction efficiency of using conventional methods for filling expansion joints in curb stones,a new type of filling device has been developed based on the characteristics of expansion joints in a certain water treatment project.This device can avoid the drawbacks of repeatedly installing and removing filling templates with conventional methods.Field practice has shown that,while ensuring construction quality,the use of this device significantly shortens the filling time of expansion joints in curb stones(the average caulking time of an expansion joint has been reduced from 6 minutes and 57 seconds to 71.75 seconds),and greatly reduces construction costs,making it suitable for promotion and application in similar projects.
