肾痿复方对慢性肾脏疾病3~5期非透析患者肾功能的影响

Effect of Renal Impotence Compound Formula on Renal Function in Nondialysis Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-5

目的探究慢性肾脏疾病3~5期非透析患者采用肾痿复方治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年5月—2021年5月昆明同仁医院收治的111例慢性肾脏疾病3~5期非透析患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分组,对照组57例,采用常规西医治疗,观察组54例,在对照组治疗的同时采用肾痿复方治疗。对比两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平,肾功能,尿蛋白定量,不良反应发生率,总有效率。结果治疗前,两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平、肾功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平高于对照组,肾功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组尿蛋白定量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组尿蛋白定量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.199,P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾痿复方可显著减少本研究患者临床症状,提高肾功能,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using renal impotence compound formula in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5.Methods A total of 111 non-dialysis patients with stage 3 to 5 chronic kidney disease admitted to Kunming Tongren Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,57 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and 54 patients in the observation group were treated with Shenwei compound at the same time.The levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin,renal function,urinary protein,incidence of adverse reactions and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin,serum albumin and renal function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the hemoglobin and serum albumin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the renal function was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in urinary protein quantity between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the urinary protein quantity of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.199,P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Renal impotence compound formula can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients in this study,improve renal function,and the clinical application is remarkable.
