康氏加味益气活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Kang's Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue Formula in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的探究康氏加味益气活血方对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法方便选取2019年11月—2023年6月厦门市中医院肝病中心门诊及住院的128例NAFLD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分组,观察组66例,对照组62例。对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合康氏加味益气活血方治疗,同时两组均予饮食运动健康指导,疗程均为24周。评价两组治疗前后疗效、肝受控衰减参数(controlled attenuation parameter,CAP)、血清谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)及体质指数(body mass index,BMI)指标变化。结果观察组总有效率为86.4%,高于对照组的70.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.131,P<0.05)。治疗后两组ALT、LDL-C、TG、BMI及CAP均呈现下降趋势。但对照组治疗前后CAP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组ALT、LDL-C、TG、BMI、CAP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康氏加味益气活血方可显著改善NAFLD,有效改善肝脂肪变性、肝功能、血脂水平和体质量指数。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kang's Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue formula on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 128 patients with NAFLD,who were outpatients and inpatients in Liver Disease Center of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and grouped by random number table method,with 66 cases in the observation group and 62 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules,and the observation group was treated with Kang's Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue prescription on the basis of the control group.At the same time,both groups were given diet and exercise health guidance.The course of treatment was 24 weeks.The efficacy,controlled attenuation parameter(CAP),serum alanine aminotransferase(alanine aminotransferase)were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups.(ALT),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG)and body mass index(BMI)changed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.4%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.131,P<0.05).ALT,LDL-C,TG,BMI and CAP of both groups showed a downward trend after treatment reduced,but there was no statistically significant difference in CAP in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,ALT,LDL-C,TG,BMI and CAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Kang's decoction can significantly improve NAFLD,liver steatosis,liver function,blood lipid level and body mass index.
