摘要
[目的]本文旨在探讨合生元对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力、肠道功能和蛋品质的影响。[方法]试验选取192只420日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只蛋鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(合生元组)在基础日粮中添加1 000 mg·kg^(-1)合生元,试验期60 d。[结果]与对照组相比,合生元组蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),蛋鸡血清白蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著提高(P<0.05),蛋鸡血清和肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和空肠黏膜T-SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加合生元显著提高了蛋鸡空肠黏膜免疫球蛋白G、分泌型免疫球蛋白A和回肠黏膜免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.05),显著降低了蛋鸡空肠黏膜肿瘤坏死因子α含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,合生元组蛋鸡空肠和回肠肌层厚度、绒毛高度、隐窝深度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度均无显著变化(P>0.05),而鸡蛋哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论]蛋鸡饲料中添加1 000 mg·kg^(-1)合生元可提高蛋鸡抗氧化能力和肠道免疫力,从而提高蛋鸡生产性能并改善蛋品质。
[Objectives]The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of synbiotic on laying performance,antioxidant capacity,intestinal function,and egg quality of laying hens.[Methods]A number of 192420-day-old Hy-line brown hens were divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 16 hens each replicate.Birds in the control(Con)group were fed a basal diet,and the synbiotic(Syn)group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1000 mg·kg^(-1) synbiotic.The experiment lasted for 60 days.[Results]Compared with the Con group,Syn group significantly increased laying rate(P<0.05),the contents of serum albumin and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05),and serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and liver T-AOC and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity as well as jejunal mucosal T-SOD activity(P<0.05).Compared with the Con group,Syn group significantly increased the contents of immunoglobulin G and secretory immunoglobulin A in jejunual mucosa and immunoglobulin M in ileal mucosa(P<0.05),and it decreased tumor necrosis factorαcontent in jejunal mucosa(P<0.05).Compared with the Con group,Syn group did not alter muscle thickness,villus height,crypt depth or the villus height/crypt depth in jejunum and ileum(P>0.05),while the Haugh unit significantly increased in Syn group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Adding 1000 mg·kg^(-1) synbiotic in the diet of laying hens could improve the antioxidant capacity and intestinal function of laying hens,resulting in the improved production performance and egg quality.
