摘要
首旺煤业2205工作面实施110工法开采时采空区漏风严重,上隅角瓦斯超限问题频发。采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件对治理方案进行模拟研究。结果显示:增加直径300 mm的超大直径埋管可有效提高抽采效果,现场施工后上隅角瓦斯体积分数降低至0.30%以下,工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题得到有效解决。
When the 110 construction method was implemented in the 2205 face of Shouwang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the goaf leakage was serious,and the gas over-limit problem in the upper corner was frequent.COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software was used to simulate the control scheme.The results show that adding the super-large diameter buried pipe with a diameter of 300 mm can effectively improve the extraction effect,and the volume fraction of gas in the upper corner can be reduced to less than 0.30%after site construction,so the problem of over-limit gas in the corner of the working surface can be effectively solved.
