摘要
近年,为保障人民身体健康,我国愈加重视对食品质量的控制,以保证食品的安全性。因此,相关机构应积极开展食品检验检测工作,明确食品安全标准,提升食品管控成效。对此,本文阐述了食品检验检测价值,分析了检验检测环节质量管理的不足之处,并提出了有效对策,以期提升食品检验检测水平。
In recent years,in order to protect people's health,our country has paid more and more attention to food quality control to ensure food safety.Therefore,relevant agencies should actively carry out food inspection and testing work,clarify food safety standards,and improve the effectiveness of food control.In this regard,this article elaborates on the value of food inspection and testing,analyzes the shortcomings of quality management in the inspection and testing process,and proposes effective countermeasures in order to improve the level of food inspection and testing.
