助产全程责任制护理干预在孕产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of whole course responsibility nursing intervention of midwife in pregnant women

目的探讨助产全程责任制护理干预在孕产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月在南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院分娩的363例产妇,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(181例)采用常规护理,实验组(182例)采用助产全程责任制护理,比较两组分娩方式、分娩认知、情绪状态(SAS、SDS)、产程和分娩疼痛(VAS)情况。结果实验组顺产率高于对照组,阴道助产、剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组第一产程、第二产程以及总产程短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组VAS、SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组出院前分娩认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产全程责任制护理干预在孕产妇分娩中应用,能够提升自然分娩率,缩短产程,减轻分娩疼痛,改善心理状态,提高分娩认知。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course responsibility nursing intervention of midwife in pregnant women.Methods A total of 363 pregnant women who delivered in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=181)was given routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=182)was given whole course responsibility nursing of midwife.The delivery mode,childbirth cognition,emotional state(SAS,SDS),stage of labor and labor pain(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the vaginal midwifery and cesarean section rates were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive score of childbirth in the experimental group before discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course responsibility nursing intervention of midwife in pregnant women can improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the stage of labor,reduce the labor pain,improve the psychological state and improve the childbirth cognition.
