基于约束理论的精细化管理结合信息化系统在医疗器械管理中的应用

Refined management based on theory of constraints combined with information system on medical device management

目的 探究医院在进行医疗器械管理的过程中运用基于约束理论(theory of constraints, TOC)的精细化管理结合信息化系统管理的价值。方法 在2022年6月开始,本院在对医疗器械进行管理的过程中运用基于TOC的精细化管理结合信息化系统。选择管理前后各1年时间内医疗器械1 000件,并对其管理质量进行比较。结果 管理后的医疗器械在清洗不合格率、包装不规范、灭菌监测不合格、器械不全等方面的发生率上均低于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后的设备元件损坏、设备功能不全、设备连接缺陷的发生率均低于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后的设备取用时间、设备消毒保养时间、设备使用终末消毒整理用时均短于管理前(P<0.05)。结论 在对医疗器械管理过程中将基于TOC的精细化管理结合信息化系统进行运用,可以有效提升医疗器械管理工作质量,保障医疗器械使用性能良好,为临床治疗、诊断提供有利条件。

Objective To investigate the value of refined management based on the Theory of Contraints(TOC)in conjunction with information systems in the management of medical devices.Methods A refined management approach based on TOC combined with an information system was applied in the process of managing medical devices in our hospital since June 2022.The management of 1000 medical devices was compared from one year before and after the management implementation of the new management approaches.Results The occurrence rate of unqualified cleaning rate,non-standard packaging,unqualified sterilization monitoring,and incomplete devices were all lower after management(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of damaged equipment components,incomplete equipment function,and equipment connection defects were also lower after management(P<0.05).The time spent on equipment assessment,equipment disinfection and maintenance,and terminal disinfection and sorting time after equipment use were all shorter after management(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management based on TOC combined with information systems in the process of medical device management can effectively enhance the quality of medical device management,ensure the good performance of medical devices,and provide favorable conditions for clinical treatment and diagnosis.
