榆家梁煤矿52309工作面过空巷柔模泵送支柱支护技术研究

Research on the flexible formwork pumped pillar support technology for the 52309 working face passing through abandoned roadways in Yujialiang Coal Mine

摘要 针对榆家梁煤矿52309综采工作面过空巷时,受空巷影响工作面顶板及巷道周期来压明显,采用理论分析计算、数值模拟、现场实测等研究方法,对工作面过空巷时空巷的合理支护强度和密度及工作面的来压情况和围岩破坏特征进行了研究。研究结果表明,通过理论计算并结合实际情况确定在1~3号空巷进行单双单列柔模泵送支柱布置,共188根;通过数值模拟分析发现柔模泵送支柱能有效减少空巷顶底板的塑性破坏范围,降低顶板下沉和底鼓,对巷道顶底板围岩变形起到较好的控制;通过对工作面过空巷期间矿压监测,基于工作面及巷道矿压显现表明工作面过空巷时空巷围岩应力场对工作面回采影响比较严重,但总体在可控范围内,柔模泵送支柱支护技术方案可以有效保障工作面回采推进过空巷期间的安全生产。 When the 52309 fully mechanized mining face of Yujialiang Coal Mine passes through empty roadways,the periodic weighting of the working face roof and roadway are significantly affected by the empty roadways.Theoretical analysis and calculation,numerical simulation,on-site measurement and other research methods were used to study the reasonable support strength and density of the empty roadways when the working face passed through the empty roadways,as well as the pressure situation of the working face and the failure characteristics of surrounding rock.The research results indicated that a total of 188 flexible formwork pumped pillars were determined to be arranged in the No.1 to No.3 abandoned roadways with single-double-single row through theoretical calculations and combined with actual situations.The numerical simulation analysis found that the flexible formwork pumped pillars could effectively reduce the plastic failure range of the roof and floor of the empty roadways,reduce roof subsidence and floor heave,and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway roof and floor.By monitoring the rock pressure during the process of working face passing through the abandoned roadways,based on the rock pressure behaviors of the working face and the roadways,it was shown that the stress field of the surrounding rock of the roadway during the process of working face passing through the abandoned roadways had a serious impact on the mining of the working face,however,the impact was overall within a controllable range.The flexible formwork pumped support technology scheme can effectively ensure the safe production of the working face during the process of mining and passing through the abandoned roadways.
