改良切割挂线疗法对高位复杂性肛瘘患者肛门功能及生活质量的影响分析

Impact analysis of modified cutting and thread-drawing therapy on anal function and quality of life in patients with high complex anal fistula

目的讨论改良切割挂线疗法对高位复杂性肛瘘患者临床生活质量和肛门功能的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2021年12月本院收治的120例高位复杂性肛瘘患者作为研究对象,依照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各60例。实验组患者选择改良切割挂线疗法,对照组患者选择常规的疗法,两组患者均于手术后定期进行随访。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、手术前后生活质量及治疗过程中并发症产生状况。结果手术后,实验组患者临床治疗总有效率明显好于对照组;实验组患者生活质量(SF-36)各项得分均明显增高,实验组患者生活质量较对照组好,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者并发症总发病率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良切割挂线疗法医治高位复杂性肛瘘可以提高临床治疗效果,维护患者肛门功能,改进患者生活质量,减少并发症发生概率,安全系数较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of modified cutting and thread-drawing therapy on the clinical quality of life and intestinal function of patients with high complex anal fistula.Methods 120 patients with high complex anal fistula admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were enrolled as study subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group adopted modified cutting and thread-drawing therapy,while the patients in the control group received conventional therapy.The patients in both groups were followed up regularly after surgery.The clinical treatment effect,quality of life before and after operation,and complications during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group;The scores of the quality of life(SF-36)of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher;The quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,there were statistical significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications among the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified cutting and thread-drawing therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect,maintain the anal function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the probability of complications,and have a high safety factor.
