基于供应链视角的广西农产品跨境电商协同管理策略研究

Research on Collaborative Management Strategy of Cross-border E-commerce of Agricultural Products in Guangxi from the Perspective of Supply Chain

在经济全球化的背景下,跨国贸易呈现蓬勃发展之势。农产品跨境电商作为新兴行业,展现出巨大的发展潜力。随着乡村振兴政策的持续推进,广西抓住政策红利,积极推动农村电商高质量发展并构建数字供应链,促进产业新态势的发展。同时,广西农业资源禀赋优势突出,拥有种类丰富、品质优良的农产品。然而,在发展的过程中,供应链成本高、供应链信息共享机制不够健全、农产品跨境电商供应链配套环节不完善、跨境电商复合型人才资源缺乏等问题成为农产品跨境电商发展的短板。文章从政府、企业和农产品生产商三个角度提出改善跨境物流基础设施,夯实信息共享机制,完善供应链和加大高质量人才培养力度的对策,旨在推动广西农产品跨境电商高质量发展。

Under the background of economic globalization,transnational trade is developing vigorously.As an emerging industry,cross-border E-commerce of agricultural products shows great potential for development.With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization policy,Guangxi seizes the policy dividend,actively promotes the High-quality development of rural E-commerce,and builds a digital supply chain to promote the development of new industrial dynamics.At the same time,Guangxi has outstanding advantages in agricultural resources endowment,with rich varieties and excellent quality agricultural products.However,in the process of development,high supply chain costs,weak supply chain information sharing mechanisms,imperfect supporting links in the agricultural products cross-border E-commerce supply chain,and lack of composite talent resources for cross-border E-commerce have become the shortcomings of the cross-border E-commerce of agricultural products.This paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures of improving cross-border logistics infrastructure,consolidating information sharing mechanisms,perfecting supply chains,and increasing High-quality talent cultivation from the perspectives of supporting links between the government,enterprises,and agricultural product producers,aiming to promote the cross-border E-commerce of agricultural products in Guangxi towards High-quality development.
