高校数字媒体专业毕业生就业需求分析

摘要 借助基于扎根理论的质性研究方法对高校数字媒体专业毕业生的就业需求进行探讨。从对48名数字媒体专业大四应届毕业生的访谈和对另外102名数字媒体专业大四应届毕业生的问卷调查来看,该专业毕业生更倾向于从事新兴媒体行业。从数字媒体专业毕业生的个人发展编码结果来看,职业规划所得参考点数最多(47),之后依次为自我提升(38)、自我管理(33)与实践积累(31)。从描述性统计分析结果来看,数字媒体专业毕业生清楚自身未来想要从事的领域,并能够通过不断提升自我、增强专业素养等方式来提高自身竞争力。为了更好地满足高校数字媒体专业毕业生的就业需求,应加强教育体系与行业对接,注重培养学生的综合素养,鼓励学生不断积累实践经验。 With the help of the qualitative research method based on Grounded Theory,the study discusses the employment demand of college digital media graduates.The study interviews 48 senior graduates of digital media major,and does questionnaire survey on 102 ones.Graduates of this major are more likely to work in new media industries.In terms of personal development coding results of digital media major,career planning has the most reference points(47),followed by self-improvement(38),self-management(33)and practical accumulation(31).According to the results of descriptive statistical analysis,graduates of digital media know the fields they want to engage in in the future,constantly improve themselves,and enhance professional literacy to improve their competitiveness,etc.In order to better meet the employment needs of college graduates of digital media major,it is necessary to strengthen the connection between the education system and the industry,pay attention to cultivating students’comprehensive literacy,and encourage students to accumulate practical experience.
