摘要
电气石中游离二氧化硅的含量决定了电气石在开采、加工过程中对劳动者的危害程度。先后使用焦磷酸、氢氟酸对电气石样品进行处理,用重量法对其含量进行测定,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析和量化,不确定度来源包括实验过程的重复性、天平称量质量、样品处理过程中的影响因素。实验结果表明,当电气石中的游离二氧化硅含量为7.13%,在置信因子为95%时,取包含因子k=2,其扩展不确定度为0.76%。测量结果的主要不确定度来源于实验过程的重复性。
The content of free silica in tourmaline determines the degree of harm it poses to workers during mining and processing.Successively used pyrophosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid to dissolve tourmaline samples,used the gravimetric method to measure the content,and analyzed and quantified the sources of uncertainty during the measurement process.The sources of uncertainty include repeatability of the experimental process,analytical balance weighing mass,and influencing factors during sample processing.The experimental results show that when the free silica content in tourmaline is 7.13%,the expanded uncertainty of free silica in tourmaline was 0.76%when the confidence probability was 95%,and the inclusion factor was 2.The main uncertainty of measurement results came from the repeatability of the experimental process.
