高校数字思政的认知迷思、内涵意蕴与实践进路 被引量:7

摘要 数字思政建设是高校思想政治教育积极回应数字时代到来和国家拔尖创新人才自主培养战略需求的必然选择。在实践中,人们对高校数字思政的理解过于强调数字技术的功能作用,对高校数字思政的主体、工具、过程都出现了认知上的迷思。就高校数字思政的本质而言,其内涵包括:主体层面凸显人的智慧与技术的智能;工具层面追求技术性与价值性并重;过程层面强调实质效果与人文关怀。因此,高校数字思政应以思想政治教育的目标和需求为逻辑起点、以高校思想政治教育的功能与数字技术的互构为运转关键、以大学生的素质不断提升为效能源泉、以制度与机制的规范保障结果实现高校数字思政新形态,在更高层面提升高校思想政治教育的实效性,助力国家拔尖创新人才自主培养战略目标的实现。 Digital ideological and political construction is an inevitable choice for ideological and political education in universities to actively respond to the arrival of the digital era and the strategic needs of the independent cultivation of national top innovative talents’.In practice,people’s understanding of digital ideological and political education in universities places too much emphasis on the functional role of digital technology,leading to cognitive confusion about the main body,tools,and processes of digital ideological and political education in universities.In terms of the essence of digital ideological and political education in universities,its connotation includes:highlighting human intelligence and technological intelligence at the subjective level;Pursuing both technicality and value at the tool level;At the process level,emphasis is placed on substantive effects and humanistic care.Therefore,digital ideological and political education in universities should take the goals and needs of ideological and political education as the logical starting point,the interaction between the functions of ideological and political education and digital technology as the key to operation,the continuous improvement of the quality of college students as the source of efficiency,and the standardized guarantee of systems and mechanisms to achieve a new form of digital ideological and political education in universities,in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education at a higher level and thus achieving the strategic goal of cultivating national top innovative talents independently.
