摘要
以电缆智能卷放装置前后电缆卷放系统支架为研究对象,分析静强度,在建立原始前后电缆卷放系统支架三维模型基础上,对原始几何模型进行拓扑优化重构设计;对重构模型进行强度校核分析,再以质量最小化为优化目标,对重构模型进行拓扑优化分析,根据拓扑优化结果进行二次重构设计。结果表明:在保障强度前提下,前后电缆卷放系统支架优化设计方案均有较好的轻量化效果,与原始模型相比,前电缆卷放系统支架减重76%,后电缆卷放系统支架减重65%,实现支架轻量化的目标,进一步提高了电缆智能卷放装置的质量系数。
In this paper,the front and rear cable roll system frames of intelligent cable retracting and releasing machine are taken as the research object,and through static strength analysis,on the basis of establishing the original three-dimensional model of the front and rear cable roll system frames,the original model is optimized and reconstructed.The strength of the reconstructed model is checked and analyzed,and the optimization goal is to minimize the weight.The topological optimization analysis of the reconstructed model is carried out again,and the secondary reconstruction design is carried out according to the topological optimization results.The results of secondary reconstruction check show that under the premise of almost constant strength,the optimized design schemes of the front and rear cable roll system frames have a good lightweight effect.The weight of the front cable roll system frame is reduced by 76%compared with the original model,and that of the rear cable roll system frame is reduced by 65%compared with the original model,thus achieving the lightweight goal.
