黄芪汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Modified Huangqi Decoction in the Treatment of Stable Peroid of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨黄芪汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法选择医院2020年1月至2021年5月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者患者72例,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用黄芪汤加减治疗,均连续治疗3个月。结果观察组患者总有效率为97.22%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项肺功能指标、临床症状积分、血气指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪汤加减能显著提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床疗效,患者临床症状改善明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of stable peroid of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 72 COPD patients with stable peroid admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for three months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indicators,clinical symptom score,and blood gas indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of stable peroid of COPD,and the clinical symptoms of patients are significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
