优质护理在试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Interventions for Patients Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer Surgery

目的探讨在试管婴儿取卵术、胚胎移植术中应用优质护理干预的效果。方法选取2021年4月至2022年12月在福建医科大学附属漳州市医院行试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术的患者200例作为研究对象,针对所选病例采用随机数字表法分为两组,分别为观察组与对照组,每组100例。两组均是通过规范技术做试管婴儿取卵、胚胎移植。期间对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组行优质护理干预。研究观察内容包括:临床妊娠率和早期流产率记录及对比,干预前后的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]以及术后的并发症发生情况。结果临床妊娠率统计结果,观察组64.00%相较对照组48.00%高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的病例,随访早期流产率、并发症率分别为9.38%、3.00%,对照组分别为16.67%、9.00%,观察组均相较于对照组更低,具有显著的差异(P<0.05)。经干预后对于患者SAS、SDS两项得分都相较于干预前低,而且观察组比对照组评分低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采取试管婴儿取卵术、胚胎移植术的护理干预期间,进行以优质护理方案下干预,干预方式应用上,不仅能够提高患者临床妊娠率、降低妊娠流产率,还能有效缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,并降低相关并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of high-quality nursing interventions in IVF egg retrieval and embryo transfer.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer surgery at Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The selected cases were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer using standardized techniques.During this period,the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The research observation content includes:clinical pregnancy rate and early miscarriage rate recording and comparison,psychological state before and after intervention[Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],and postoperative complications.Results The clinical pregnancy rate statistics showed that the observation group(64.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(48.00%)(P<0.05);The early miscarriage rate and complication rate of the observation group were 9.38%and 3.00%,respectively,and the control group was 16.67%and 9.00%,respectively.The observation group was lower than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of patients were lower than before intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions During the nursing intervention period of in vitro fertilization(IVF)and embryo transfer(ET),intervention with high-quality nursing plans can not only improve the clinical pregnancy rate and reduce the incidence of pregnancy miscarriage,but also effectively alleviate anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of related complications.
