摘要
针对自动化分析低温存储对样本管搬运空间的复杂性、样本管规格的多样性、工作的高效性等要求,设计一种可自动转移的高兼容样本管转移装置。该装置主要由样本管抓取机构、升降机构、旋转机构组成,通过对多种规格样本管在不同空间转移位置地对接,实现全自动传送样本管的功能。通过硬件和结构设计实现设备的总体布局,结合软件逻辑设计工作流程,并重点进行旋转机构的运动力学分析完成驱动参数确认。通过实际应用和疲劳测试,验证该装置具备较高的通用性和兼容性,能够实现升降、防跌落、抓取和换向转移的功能,满足样本自动化分析低温存储的需求。
A highly compatible sample tube transfer device with automatic transfer was designed to address the requirements such as the complexity of sample tube handling space,the diversity of sample tube specifications and the high efficiency of work,for automatic analysis of low-temperature storage.This device,mainly composed of a sample tube grabbing structure,a lifting structure,and a rotating structure,achieved the function of fully automatic transmission of sample tubes by docking multiple specifications of sample tubes in different spatial transfer positions.Through hardware and structural design,the overall layout of the equipment was achieved.In addition,the workflow was designed based on software logic,with the focus on analyzing the motion mechanics of the rotating mechanism to confirm the driving parameters.Finally,through practical application and fatigue testing,it was verified that the device has high universality and compatibility,and can achieve functions such as lifting,anti drop,grasping,and reversing transfer,meeting the needs of sample automation analysis and low-temperature storage.
