On the Problems and Countermeasures in Implementation of“353”Strategy of HNUST

湖南科技大学“353”战略实施以来,各项事业实现了一系列突破性进展,取得了一系列标志性成果。但根据实际工作以及调研结果来看,与预期相比,“353”战略落实过程中在战略内涵理解、战略举措落实、战略目标达成等方面还存在差距,需要继续保持战略定力、强化战略思维、明晰战略路径,推动“353”战略落地见效。

Since the implementation of“353”Strategy of HNUST,we have gained several breakthroughs and achievements on every aspect.But according to the practical work and investigation results,there is much space to improve the connotation understanding,target achievement and measure implementation during the process.It is in great need of keeping the strategic focus,maintaining the strategic thinking,improving the strategy implementation and promoting the practical effect.
