教师创新创业经历与高校“双创”课程建设的关联研究——来自中国大学MOOC的证据

Research on the Relationship between Teachers'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Experience and Colleges'Double Innovation Curriculum Construction——Evidence from the MOOC platform of Chinese universities

摘要 高校开展创新创业教育是新时代培育经济发展新动能、培养造就创新人才的必然选择。创新创业教育需要理论与实践紧密结合,对指导教师素质提出更高要求,教师的创新创业经历也对高校“双创”课程建设、学生能力提升有重要作用。为探索我国教师创新创业经历与高校“双创”课程建设的关系,更好促进课程体系建设,本研究以中国大学MOOC平台上创新创业课程为基础,通过爬取、手动整理相关数据,采用多重响应分析等方法进行研究。结果表明,教师创新创业经历对“双创”课程开设、设置结构、体系建设均有较大影响,但在具体课程建设中仍存在着师资队伍创新创业专业化程度不足、与学科多元化融合不够、资源配置不均衡等问题,因此,应强化外引内培、取长补短、多元融合、做好顶层设计、优化资源配置,打造高质量的“双创”课程师资队伍、架构体系。 Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is an inevitable choice for shaping new drivers of economic development and cultivating innovative talents in the new era.Innovation and en-trepreneurship education requires a close combination of theory and practice,which puts forward higher require-ments for the quality of guidance teachers.Teachers'experience in innovation and entrepreneurship also plays an important role in the construction of"innovation and entrepreneurship"courses in universities and the improvement of students'abilities.To explore the correlation between the innovation and entrepreneurship experiences of Chi-nese teachers and the construction of"entrepreneurship and innovation"courses in universities,and to better pro-mote the construction of the curriculum system,this study is based on the innovation and entrepreneurship courses on the MOOC platform of Chinese universities.By crawling and manually organizing relevant data,multiple re-sponse analysis and other methods are used for research.The results indicate that the innovation and entrepreneur-ship experience of teachers has a significant impact on the establishment,structure,and system construction of the"double innovation"curriculum.However,there are still problems in the specific curriculum construction,such as insufficient professionalization of innovation and entrepreneurship among the teaching staff,insufficient integration with disciplines,and uneven resource allocation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen external and internal training,learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses,integrate multiple approaches,implement the top-level design,and optimize resource allocation,create a high-quality teaching staff and architecture system for the"inno-vation and entrepreneurship"curriculum.
