The construction of sprayed concrete in the initial support construction process of highway tunnels is an indispensable of tunnel construction.The construction loss of sprayed concrete will significantly affect the cost of the entire project.How to reduce the loss rate of sprayed concrete is an important challenge throughout tunnel construction.This article takes the Shiziling Tunnel project as a research case,briefly analyzes the reasons for the excessive consumption of tunnel sprayed concrete,and proposes targeted control measures.
