无痛分娩应用于临床初产妇效果及对母婴结局的影响

Effect of painless delivery in clinical primipara and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes

目的探析临床初产妇采用无痛分娩对母婴结局的影响。方法选取66名初产妇,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组33名。对照组采用自然分娩,观察组采用无痛分娩。比较两组初产妇产程时间、不良情绪评分及母婴结局。结果观察组初产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组初产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(38.15±4.23)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(38.21±4.21)分均分别低于对照组的(45.15±4.21)分、(45.12±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组转剖宫产率低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇采用无痛分娩可缩短产程时间,减轻初产妇心理情绪,获得较优的母婴结局,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 66 primipara were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 33 in each group.The control group was given natural delivery,and the observation group was given painless delivery.The labor time,negative mood score and maternal and infant outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)(38.15±4.23)points and self-rating depression scale(SDS)(38.21±4.21)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(45.15±4.21)points and(45.12±4.15)points,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and Apgar score of newborn was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion The use of painless delivery in primipara can shorten the labor time,reduce the psychological emotions of primipara,and obtain better maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
