自由体位分娩护理对产妇分娩结局及产后盆底康复的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of free position delivery nursing on the outcome of delivery and postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation

目的探究自由体位分娩护理对产妇分娩结局及产后盆底康复的影响。方法选取46名分娩产妇,按照1∶1比例随机分组,每组23名。对照组实施常规分娩护理,观察组实施自由体位分娩护理。比较两组产妇分娩方式、不良妊娠结局及盆底肌力状态。结果两组产钳助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,中转剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率13.04%明显低于对照组的43.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项盆底肌力指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自由体位分娩护理应用在产妇分娩中,可降低中转剖宫产率,改善妊娠结局,增强机体盆底肌力,促使产妇盆底功能早期康复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of free position delivery nursing on delivery outcome and postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods 46 parturients were selected and randomly divided into l:1 groups with 23 parturients in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received free position delivery care.Methods of delivery,adverse pregnancy outcomes and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the rate of forceps delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 13.04%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(43.48%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pelvic floor strength indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free position delivery nursing in parturient labor can reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the pregnancy outcome,enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of the body,and promote the early recovery of the pelvic floor function of parturient labor,which has clinical promotion value.
