摘要
降滤失剂可用于降低钻井液滤失量,稳定井壁,提高钻井安全性。介绍了天然高分子及其改性类和合成聚合物类两种降滤失剂与黏土作用的差异以及温度和盐含量对两种降滤失剂性能的影响。综述了天然高分子及其改性类和合成聚合物类降滤失剂的研究进展,总结了降滤失机理,并指出了当前降滤失剂研究面临的难题。通过对降滤失剂原料选择、制备方法和合成工艺的完善,降滤失剂未来有望向纳米化方向和分子结构多元化方向发展。
Fluid loss reducer can be used to reduce fluid loss,stabilize well wall and improve drilling safety.The differences in the effects of two types of fluid loss reducers including natural polymers and their modified products and synthetic polymers on clay,as well as the effects of temperature and salt content on the properties of the two fluid loss reducers are introduced.The research progresses of the two fluid loss reducers are reviewed.The mechanism of filtrate reduction is summarized,and the difficulties in the research of fluid loss reducer are pointed out.Through the improvement of raw material selection,preparation method and synthesis technology,fluid loss reducer is expected to develop in the direction of nanomaterialization and diversified molecular structures in the future.
