摘要
分析热电厂锅炉发电补给水深度处理系统中的膜污堵现象,可为热电厂多水源反渗透系统的运行提供参考。文章结合水质与污染层结构、组成、形貌,考察了某热电厂多水源深度处理系统的运行效果及膜污染特征,分析了整个系统运行工况的出水水质。结果表明:一段膜污染物主要为Fe的水解产物、有机物及Fe-P复合物,胶状的Fe是造成膜运行压力明显上升的主要原因;二段膜以无机污染为主,主要为CaCO_(3)及Ca-Al、Ca-P的复合物,同时存在着一定的腐殖酸和微生物污染。
The analysis of membrane fouling in the advanced treatment system for boiler recharge water in a thermal power plant provides valuable insights into the operation of multi-water source reverse osmosis system.This study,considering water quality and the structure,composition and morphology of the polluted layer,investigates the operational effectiveness and membrane pollution characteristics of a multi-water source advanced treatment system in a thermal power plant.Additionally,the paper analyzes the effluent quality of the entire system.The results indicate that in the first stage,the primary pollutants consists of Fe hydrolysate,organic matter and Fe-P complex.Colloidal Fe emerges as a crucial factor causing a significant increase in membrane operating pressure.The second stage membrane is predominantly composed of inorganic pollutants such as CaCO_(3),Ca-Al and Ca-P,along with some humic acid and microbial contamination.
