摘要
高速上钢系统是高速棒材生产线的关键装备。针对现有高速上钢系统存在的轧件尾部弯曲、夹尾振动、横肋夹痕、齿轮箱漏油、处理堆钢困难、转毂冷却效果差等问题,对高速倍尺飞剪、夹尾制动器及转毂上钢系统均进行了优化改进,改进后的倍尺飞剪严格控制剪刃至双通道导槽的距离,并增设了飞剪齿轮侧隙调整机构,有效消除了轧件尾弯,同时降低了设备加工及装配难度;改进后的夹尾制动装置配备了两个独立的辊缝调节装置,并采用微夹痕辊环技术,解决了因为辊缝过大或过小造成的设备振动问题,降低了产品的不合格率;改进后的转毂上钢装置采用封闭的传动齿轮箱、增加了安全收集装置及冷却循环系统,有效解决了齿轮箱漏油的问题、降低了堆钢处理难度、提高了转毂水冷效果,设备运行更加稳定。元立高棒生产线应用了新一代高速上钢系统,实现了精确倍尺、准确制动、平稳上钢、便于维护的目标,保证了生产线的高速稳定运行,为用户创造了良好的经济效益。
High-speed deliyery system is the key equipment to the high-speed bar production line.Due to the existing problems of the high-speed deliyery system,such as bending of the rolled piece tail,vibration of the clamping tail,transverse rib clamping marks,gearbox oil leakage,difficulty in handling steel rolling accidents,and poor cooling effect of the hub,optimization and improvement have been made to the high-speed flying shear,bar clamp tail brake device and rotating hub device system.The improved flying shear strictly controls the distance from the cutting edge to the dual channel guide groove.And a flying shear gear adjustment mechanism has been added,effectively eliminating the tail bending of the rolled piece and reducing the difficulty of equipment processing and assembly.The improved bar clamp tail brake device is equipped with two independent roll gap adjustment devices and adopts micro-pinch roller ring technology,which solves the problem of equipment vibration caused by too large or too small roll gaps and reduces the unqualified rate of the product.The improved hub device adopts a closed transmission gearbox,adds a safety collection device and a cooling circulation system,effectively solving the problem of gearbox oil leakage,reducing the difficulty of handling rolling accidents,improving the hub water cooling effect,and making equipment operation more stable.The Yuanli high-speed bar production line has applied a new generation of high-speed delivery system,achieving the goals of precise cutting,accurate braking,smooth steel delivery,and easy maintenance,ensuring the high speed and stable operation of the production line,and creating good economic benefits for users.
