信号监测系统是确保数字电视视频顺利播出的关键,可帮助数字电视台站工作人员及时发现视频播放及信号发射过程的潜在隐患,以便及时解决应对,使数字电视视频实现安全播出。基于此,分析数字电视视频信号监控系统的设计需求,从硬件、软件两个角度开展数字电视视频信号监控系统设计,对所设计的数字电视视频信号监控系统进行测试。所设计的系统功能完整、运行可靠,具有较强应用价值。

The signal monitoring system is the key to ensure the smooth broadcast of digital TV video,which can help the staff of digital TV station to find the potential hidden dangers in the process of video playback and signal transmission in time,so as to solve them in time and make digital TV video broadcast safely.Based on this,this paper analyzes the design requirements of digital TV video signal monitoring system,carries out the design of digital TV video signal monitoring system from two angles of hardware and software,and tests the designed digital TV video signal monitoring system.The designed system has complete function,reliable operation and strong application value.
