摘要
注水泵和输油泵是油田生产的主要设备,安全阀是防止泵超压损坏而设置的一种安全泄放装置,安全阀的泄放主要靠弹簧来实现。通过宏观检验、材料分析、金相分析、硬度测试以及扫描电镜等手段,对断裂的弹簧进行分析,结果表明安全阀弹簧断裂主要是由于疲劳失效引起。因此,可根据条件适当提高安全阀的开启压力,降低泵的振动频次,避免安全阀频繁起跳,严格执行操作规程,定期检验中检查是否存在裂纹类缺陷,防止弹簧疲劳失效。
Injection pump and delivery pump are the main equipment of oilfield production,safety valve is a kind of safety discharge device to prevent pump overpressure damage,and the discharge of safety valve is mainly realized by spring.By means of macroscopic inspection,material analysis,metallography analysis,hardness test and scanning electron microscope,the fracture of the spring was ana lyzed.The results show that the fracture of the safety valve spring is mainly caused by fatigue failure.Therefore,according to the conditions,the opening pressure of the safety valve can be appropriately increased,the vibration frequency of the pump can be reduced,the safety valve can be avoided from frequent jump,the operation rules can be strictly implemented,and the cracks can be checked in the regular inspection to prevent the spring from fatigue failure.
