摘要
为进一步满足城市发展需求,拟规划天津津南经济开发区东区建设项目,规划建设场地位于津南区北东部,划分为南、北两个部分。依据《天津市地质灾害防治规划(2021—2025年)》,拟建场地处于天津市地质灾害易发区,在项目正式建设前需要对拟建场地及周边区域进行地质灾害危险性评估。在充分收集前人资料基础上,开展了地质环境调查和地质灾害调查,确定评估区内地质环境条件复杂程度为复杂,评估区内主要有地面沉降、饱和粉(砂)土地震液化、水土腐蚀三种地质灾害类型。在此基础上开展了地质灾害危险性现状评估与预测评估,进而完成了评估区地质灾害危险性综合分区评估和建设用地适宜性分区评估,取得成果如下:(1)评估区南区西北部(分区编号Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2、Ⅰ-4、Ⅱ-4~Ⅱ-6、Ⅱ-8、Ⅲ-1)和评估区北区北部(分区编号Ⅱ-1、Ⅱ-9、Ⅲ-2、Ⅲ-3)地质灾害危险性综合评估结果为小,建设用地适宜性为适宜;(2)评估区南区东南部(分区编号Ⅰ-3、Ⅰ-5~Ⅰ-12、Ⅰ-17~Ⅰ-19、Ⅱ-7、Ⅱ-11、Ⅲ-4~Ⅲ-7、Ⅲ-10)和评估区北区南部(分区编号Ⅰ-13~Ⅰ-16、Ⅱ-2、Ⅱ-3、Ⅱ-10、Ⅲ-8、Ⅲ-9、Ⅲ-11)地质灾害危险性综合评估结果为中等,建设用地适宜性为基本适宜。本次地质灾害危险性评估具备系统性,为天津津南经济开发区东区规划建设、防灾减灾提供了技术支撑,是地质技术服务地方发展的重要典型。
In order to further meet the needs of urban development,it is proposed to plan a construction project in the eastern part of Tianjin Jinan economic development zone.The planned construction site is located in the northern eastern part of Jinan district and is divided into two parts:north and south.According to the"Tianjin geological disaster prevention and control plan(2021-2025)",the proposed site is in a geological disaster prone area in Tianjin,and a geological disaster risk assessment of the proposed site and the surrounding area is required before the formal construction of the project.Based on the full collection of previous information,a geological environment survey and a geological hazard survey were carried out,and it was determined that the complexity of geological environment conditions in the assessment area is complex,and there are mainly three types of geological hazards in the assessment area,namely ground subsidence,saturated powder(sand)land seismic liquefaction and soil and water erosion.On this basis,the assessment of the current situation and prediction of geological hazard was carried out,and then the comprehensive zoning assessment of geological hazard and zoning assessment of the suitability of construction land in the assessment area were completed,and the following results were obtained:(1)The northwestern part of the southern part of the assessment area(zoning numbersⅠ-1,Ⅰ-2,Ⅰ-4,Ⅱ-4 toⅡ-6,Ⅱ-8,Ⅲ-1)and the northern part of the northern part of the assessment area(zoning numbersⅡ-1,Ⅱ-9,Ⅲ-2,Ⅲ-3)the comprehensive assessment result of geological hazard is small,the suitability of construction land is suitable;(2)the southeast of the southern part of the assessment area(partition numberⅠ-3,Ⅰ-5 toⅠ-12,Ⅰ-17 toⅠ-19,Ⅱ-7,Ⅱ-11,Ⅲ-4 toⅢ-7,Ⅲ-10)and the southern part of the northern part of the assessment area(partition numberⅠ-13 toⅠ-16,Ⅱ-2,Ⅱ-3,Ⅱ-10,Ⅲ-8,Ⅲ-9,Ⅲ-11)the comprehensive assessment result of geological disaster risk is medium,and the suitability of construction land is basic.This geological hazard assessment is systematic and provides technical support for the planning and construction,disaster prevention and mitigation of the eastern part of Tianjin Jinan economic development zone,and is an important example of geological technology serving local development.
