摘要
目的探讨在儿外科实习护士中实施微视频+案例导向(case-based learning,CBL)教学法的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月-2023年6月绵阳市中心医院儿外科实习护士70名,根据双盲信封法分为A组与B组,每组各35名。A组接受常规教学法,B组接受微视频+CBL教学法,比较两组干预后临床思维能力、出科考试成绩(理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩)、教学满意度。结果干预后,两组临床思维能力各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且与A组临床思维能力各维度评分及总分比较,B组临床思维能力各维度评分及总分更高(P<0.05)。干预后,B组出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于A组(P<0.05)。干预后,B组教学满意度高于A组教学满意度(P<0.05)。结论实施微视频+CBL教学法能显著提高儿外科实习护士的临床思维能力、出科考试成绩及教学满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of micro-video+case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in pediatric surgery practice nurses.Methods A total of 70 practice nurses in pediatric surgery Department of Mianyang Central Hospital from April 2019 to June 2023 were selected and divided into group A and group B with 35 in each group according to double-blind letter seal method.Group A received the conventional teaching method,group B received the micro-video+CBL teaching method,and compared the clinical thinking ability,exam scores(theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores)and teaching satisfaction of the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores and total scores of clinical thinking ability in both groups were higher than before intervention,and compared with the scores and total scores of clinical thinking ability in group A,the scores and total scores of clinical thinking ability in group B were higher(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of theoretical examination and operational assessment in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).After intervention,the teaching satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of micro-video+CBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical thinking ability,exam scores and teaching satisfaction of pediatric surgery nurses,which is worthy of reference.
