外科用聚乙烯醇膜抗菌复材性能测试及应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 以沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF-8)负载银-二氧化钛(Ag-TiO_(2))为基材制备一种抗菌剂,将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)结合,制备一种绿色环保且具有抗菌性能的聚乙烯醇膜材料,研究其性能和应用效果。结果表明,随着抗菌剂的添加,聚乙烯醇膜材料拉伸强度、透氧量、抗菌率和热稳定性均有所提高。当添加1.6%抗菌剂时,材料拉伸强度最大,增幅达到14.7%;添加2.0%抗菌剂聚乙烯醇膜材料综合性能最好,其拉伸强度为61.78 MPa;金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率达到99.7%,透气性能和热稳定性良好。2.0%抗菌剂聚乙烯醇膜材料的创面愈合效果和抗菌效果均优于对照组。 An antimicrobial agent was prepared by using zeolite imidazolate as the skeleton(ZIF-8)loaded with silver-titanium dioxide(Ag-TiO_(2))as the substrate,and further combined with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to prepare a green and environmentally friendly polyvinyl alcohol membrane material with antibacterial properties,and its properties and application effects were studied.The results showed that with the addition of antibacterial agents,the tensile strength,oxygen permeability,antibacterial rate,and thermal stability of polyvinyl alcohol membrane materials were improved.When 1.6%antimicrobial agent was added,the tensile strength of the material was the largest,with an increase of 14.7%.The addition of 2.0%antibacterial agent to polyvinyl alcohol film material had the best comprehensive performance,with a tensile strength of 61.78 MPa and a Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate of 99.7%,showing good breathability and thermal stability.The wound healing and antibacterial effects of the 2.0%antibacterial agent polyvinyl alcohol membrane material were better than those of the control group.
