Orem自护模式联合常规功能锻炼对骨盆骨折患者依从性及护理满意度的影响

The Effect of Orem Self-care Model Combined with Routine Functional Exercises on Adherence and Satisfaction with Care of Patients with Pelvic Fracture

目的:探讨Orem自护模式联合常规功能锻炼对骨盆骨折患者依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月福建省漳州市医院接收的104例骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分对照组(52例)和观察组(52例)。对照组实施常规功能锻炼,观察组实施Orem自护模式联合常规功能锻炼。对比两组患者的恢复时间以及住院时间、治疗依从率及患者护理满意度。结果:两组患者恢复时间以及住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.377、10.782,P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.727,P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05)。结论:对骨盆骨折患者实施Orem自护模式联合常规功能锻炼可促进患者快速康复,有利于提高治疗的依从性以及满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model combined with routine functional exercises on compliance and satisfaction with care in patients with pelvic fractures.Methods:104 cases of pelvic fracture patients received in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(52 cases)and the observation group(52 cases)based on the random number table method.The control group implemented conventional functional exercises,and the observation group implemented the Orem self-care model combined with conventional functional exercises.The recovery time as well as hospitalization time,treatment compliance rate and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The difference in recovery time as well as hospitalization time between the two groups was statistically significant(t=9.377,10.782,P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.727,P<0.05).Satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.283,P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the Orem self-care model combined with routine functional exercises for patients with pelvic fractures promotes rapid recovery and contributes to improved adherence as well as satisfaction with treatment.
