摘要
以铝厂污泥、高岭土尾矿和镍渣为主要原料,研究了不同原料比例、烧成温度及保温时间对合成莫来石含量及结构的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行表征。结果表明,3#试样(64%铝厂污泥、25%高岭土尾矿与11%镍渣)合成的莫来石总含量高达80.5%,其中3Al_(2)O_(3)·SiO_(2)质量分数高达63.7%。综合生产成本因素,在烧成温度1400℃,保温4 h时,3#试样合成的稳态莫来石含量最高,能形成坚固网络状结构。
Using aluminum factory sludge,kaolin tailings,and nickel slag as the main raw materials,the effects of different raw material ratios,firing temperature,and holding time on the content and structure of synthesized mullite were studied.The products were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that sample of 3#(64%aluminum factory sludge,25%kaolin tailings,and 11%nickel slag)could synthesize a total content of mullite up to 80.5%,with a content of 3Al_(2)O_(3)·SiO_(2)up to 63.7%.Taking into account production cost factors,at a firing temperature of 1400℃and insulation for 4 h,the stable mullite content synthesized by sample 3#is the highest,forming a strong network like structure.
