摘要
为了能够较大程度地降低阀门的维修频率及维修成本,提高系统的正常运行时间,有效提高系统运行产值,在阀门预测性维修技术领域提供一定的参考价值,对阀门预测性维修技术中所涉及的故障检测手段(包括振动检测技术、红外检测技术、声发射测量技术和光纤传感技术),故障识别算法及维修策略3个方面的研究进展以及国内在相关技术领域(基于智能定位器、智能电动执行器的故障诊断技术,基于外接设备的阀门故障诊断技术,基于RBI的预测性维修技术)的应用现状进行阐述。基于应用现状以及对未来发展的预测,总结分析了阀门预测性维修在检测设备、故障识别和维修策略3个方面面临的技术挑战及管理挑战,并对今后的发展方向做出展望。
In order to greatly reduce the maintenance frequency and maintenance cost of the valve,improve the normal operation time of the system,and effectively improve the operation output value of the system so as to provide a certain reference value in the field of valve predictive maintenance technology,the research progress in the fault detection methods involved in valve predictive maintenance technology(including vibration detection technology,infrared detection technology,acoustic emission measurement technology and optical fiber sensing technology),fault identification algorithm and maintenance strategy and the application status in related technical fields(fault diagnosis technology based on intelligent positioner and intelligent electric actuator,valve fault diagnosis technology based on external equipment,predictive maintenance technology based on RBI)in China was expounded.Based on the current situation and the prediction of future development,the technical challenges and management challenges faced by valve predictive maintenance in three aspects of detection equipment,fault identification and maintenance strategy were summarized and analyzed,and the future development direction was prospected.
