快速康复外科理念在硬膜下血肿患者术后康复护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Subdural Hematoma

目的在硬膜下血肿患者术后的康复护理中,探讨分析快速康复理念的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间在安福县人民医院收治的硬膜下血肿并在本院接受手术患者90例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法的方式对其进行分组,分别为研究组和对照组。对照组采取常规的护理措施,研究组则在对照组基础上应用快速康复理念的护理措施,分析两组的临床效果。结果对不同组的康复状况进行分析,发现研究组的拔管时间、住院天数和不良反应发生率,均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者整体护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上采取快速康复外科理念能够很好的应用于硬膜下血肿患者的术后康复护理,患者在护理后康复状况和患者满意度均明显提升。

Objective To explore and analyse the application effect of the rapid rehabilitation concept in the postoperative rehabilitation care of patients with subdural haematoma.Methods The period from January 2021 to December 2022 was taken as the time period of this study,in which 90 cases of patients with subdural haematoma collected by Anfu County People's Hospital and underwent surgery in this hospital were sampled as the subjects of this study,and they were grouped into the study group and the control group by the method of random number table.In the control group,conventional nursing measures were taken,while in the study group,nursing measures based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation were applied to the control group,and the clinical outcomes of the two groups were analysed.Results The recovery status of the different groups was analysed,and it was found that the extubation time,the number of days of hospitalisation and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were better than the corresponding data of the control group(P<0.05);and the overall nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can be well applied to the postoperative rehabilitation care of patients with subdural haematoma,and the rehabilitation status and satisfaction of the patients were significantly improved after the care.
