乡村振兴视域下培育新农人的四维场景建构

乡村振兴,关键在于人才振兴。人才振兴在于培育一批知农爱农兴农的新农人。新农人的培育过程从理论之维、全局之维、实践之维、修身之维四维场景角度中出发,深植农耕文明为新农人“固原”,厚植人才沃土为新农人“赋能”,坚持知行合一为新农人“铸魂”,坚持树立家国情怀为新农人“强根”,从而促进新农人的全面发展。
