二维联合三维超声在胎儿半椎体畸形产前筛查中的价值

Value of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal hemivertebra malformation

目的探讨二维联合三维超声在胎儿半椎体畸形产前筛查中的价值。方法选取2022年1月至12月在菏泽市第六人民医院接受产前筛查的152例孕妇,均采用二维联合三维超声检查。将引产或正常分娩结果作为金标准,统计二维联合三维超声的诊断效能。结果引产或正常分娩结果显示,阳性16例。二维联合三维超声检查的准确度为98.03%,敏感度为87.50%,特异度为99.26%,阳性预测值为93.33%,阴性预测值为98.54%。结论二维联合三维超声在胎儿半椎体畸形产前筛查中的价值较高,临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the value of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal hemivertebra malformation.Methods A total of 152 pregnant women who received prenatal screening in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Heze from January to December 2022 were selected,and all of them were examined by two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound.Using induced labor or normal delivery results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound was evaluated.Results Induction of labor or normal delivery results showed that 16 cases were positive.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 98.03%,87.50%,99.26%,93.33%and 98.54%respectively.Conclusion The value of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal hemivertebra malformation is high,and it can be popularized in clinic.
