人性化护理在先兆早产孕妇保胎期间的应用

Application of humanized nursing during tocolysis period for gravidas with threatened preterm labour

目的探讨人性化护理在先兆早产孕妇保胎期间的应用。方法选取2021年7月至2023年5月于佛山市三水区人民医院产科进行保胎的80例先兆早产孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组妊娠情况、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组妊娠延长时间长于对照组,足月分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于先兆早产孕妇保胎期间有利于延长妊娠时间,提高足月分娩率,减少不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application of humanized nursing during tocolysis period for gravidas with threatened preterm labour.Methods A total of 80 gravidas with threatened preterm labour who prevented miscarriage in the Department of Obstetrics,Foshan Sanshui District People’s Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanized nursing.The pregnancy status and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The prolongation of pregnancy in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the term labor rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing during tocolysis period for gravidas with threatened preterm labour is beneficial to prolong the pregnancy time,improve the term labor rate,reduce adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
