摘要
后扶贫时代积极推进乡村教师教育一体化对于落实乡村振兴战略具有重要的意义。乡村教师教育一体化是处于不同发展阶段、多重时空场域的乡村教师教育的有机衔接与有效统整,是目标、组织、时序与空间多维度一体化的综合体。当下乡村教师教育一体化推进过程中面临着成果匮乏、组织松散、对象缺位与实践弱化的四重困厄。结合后扶贫时代背景下乡村教师的多重角色与身份,积极推进理念革新、系统设计、机制创新、实践运作“四维一体”建设,是实现乡村教师教育一体化多元融合、系统优化的关键路径,能够为促进乡村教师教育发展、建设高质量乡村教师队伍提供支撑和借鉴。
In the post-poverty alleviation era,actively promoting the integration of rural teacher education is of great significance for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The integration of rural teacher education is the organic connection and effective integration of rural teacher education in different development stages and multiple space-time fields,and it is a multi-dimensional integration of goal,organization,timing and space.At present,in the process of promoting the integration of rural teacher education,there are four difficulties:lack of results,loose organization,absence of objects and weakening practice.Combined with the multiple roles and identities of rural teachers in the post-poverty alleviation era,actively promoting the“four-dimensional integration”construction of concept innovation,system design,mechanism innovation and practical operation is a key path to realize the integration of rural teacher education,multiple integration and system optimization,which can provide support and reference for promoting the development of rural teacher education and building high-quality rural teacher teams.
