摘要
船舶停靠海上导管架平台时会给导管架带来巨大的冲击力。在导管架平台桩腿上安装吸能器,既可以吸收船舶碰撞的能量,又能够降低靠船力带给导管架的损伤。针对海上导管架结构形式和工作环境,设计了新型导管架专用吸能器,通过室内疲劳试验得到了吸能器在垂直荷载和侧向荷载作用下的吸能效果。试验结果表明,该类型导管架吸能器能够更好地应用于海上导管架,完全适应船只靠泊要求。
The berthing process of vessels to the offshore jacket platform will produce tremendous impact forces on the jacket.The shock cell installed on the pile legs of the jacket platform can absorb the collision energy of the vessels and reduce the damage to the jacket induced by the berthing force.A new type of dedicated jacket shock cell for offshore jacket structures and working environments is designed,with the energy absorption effect under vertical or lateral loads verified through the indoor fatigue test.The experimental results indicate that the new jacket shock cell can be better applied to offshore jackets and fully adapt to the berthing requirements of vessels.
