随着中国人口老龄化程度日益加深,社会的养老需求不断增加,养老行业市场前景广阔。家庭养老、社区居家养老与机构养老是我国的三种基本养老模式,其发展过程中各有利弊。基于养老行业的发展趋势,居家养老护理服务项目应运而生。与传统养老服务相比,居家养老护理服务可根据家庭实际情况,由具备专业知识与技能的工作人员上门,提供个性化、专业化养老服务,有利于推动养老行业规范化、信息化管理,缓解子女压力,减轻养老经济负担,对未来养老行业的发展具有重要意义。但居家养老护理服务项目发展也面临着准备周期长,对护理人员要求更严格,所需人力、物力、资金成本较高,养老专业人才匮乏等挑战,值得深入研究。
